Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 17 August 2026

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the cancellation, withdrawal and refund arrangements that apply to products and services purchased through The Sovereign Forge.

Because many Sovereign Forge products are supplied digitally and may become available immediately after purchase, different rules may apply to digital content than to physical goods.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or replaces mandatory consumer rights available under applicable Greek or European Union law. This policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.

1. Digital Products

The Sovereign Forge primarily offers digital products and content, which may include:

  • E-books and digital publications
  • Downloadable resources
  • Educational materials
  • Digital media
  • Online content
  • Other downloadable or immediately accessible digital products

Digital products may be supplied immediately following completion of the purchase.

2. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

Consumers may ordinarily have a statutory right to withdraw from certain distance contracts within the period provided by applicable law.

Different rules may apply where digital content is supplied immediately and is not supplied on a tangible medium.

Where required by applicable law, before immediate supply of digital content begins, we may ask you to:

  • Expressly consent to the immediate supply of the digital content, and
  • Acknowledge that once supply begins, you may lose your statutory right of withdrawal.

Where those legal requirements have been satisfied and supply of the digital content has begun, the statutory withdrawal right may no longer apply.

Nothing in this section affects rights you may have where digital content is defective, materially not as described or otherwise fails to conform with applicable legal requirements.

3. Checkout Acknowledgement for Immediate Digital Delivery

Where applicable, the checkout process should present a clear acknowledgement substantially equivalent to:

"I expressly consent to the immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that, once supply begins, I may lose my statutory right of withdrawal where applicable law provides for this."

This acknowledgement must not be pre-selected on behalf of the customer where affirmative consent is legally required.

Where this acknowledgement is legally required for immediate delivery, digital supply should begin only after the necessary consent has been provided.

4. Before Digital Delivery Begins

Where a statutory withdrawal right applies and supply of the digital content has not yet begun, you may exercise that right within the applicable statutory period.

To exercise an applicable withdrawal right, contact us using the details provided below.

5. Faulty, Inaccessible or Incorrect Digital Content

If purchased digital content:

  • Cannot reasonably be accessed
  • Is materially defective
  • Is materially different from its description
  • Was supplied incorrectly
  • Otherwise fails to conform with applicable mandatory consumer requirements

please contact us.

Where reasonable, we will first attempt to:

  • Restore access
  • Correct the technical problem
  • Supply the correct product
  • Replace or repair the affected digital content

Where applicable law provides a right to another remedy, price reduction, cancellation or refund, those rights remain unaffected.

6. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If you believe you have:

  • Been charged more than once for the same transaction
  • Been charged an incorrect amount
  • Paid for a product you did not order
  • Experienced another payment error

please contact us promptly.

We will investigate the transaction.

Where an error attributable to us or our payment process is confirmed, an appropriate correction or refund will be arranged.

7. Change of Mind After Digital Delivery

Where digital content has already been supplied following valid express consent to immediate delivery and valid acknowledgement of the loss of an applicable withdrawal right, we are not generally required to provide a refund solely because you later change your mind.

However, this does not affect mandatory rights relating to defective, inaccessible, incorrectly supplied or non-conforming digital content.

We may, at our discretion, consider exceptional circumstances individually.

Any discretionary refund does not create an obligation to provide the same outcome in other cases.

8. Memberships and Recurring Services

The Sovereign Forge may offer paid memberships or recurring digital services, including The Vault.

Before a recurring service is purchased, the applicable:

  • Price
  • Billing frequency
  • Renewal arrangements
  • Cancellation procedure
  • Material membership conditions

will be displayed to the customer.

Unless otherwise stated, cancellation of a recurring membership prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically create a refund for a membership period already supplied.

Any statutory withdrawal rights applying to the initial purchase of a service remain unaffected.

9. Cancelling a Recurring Membership

Where recurring memberships are offered, customers will be provided with a reasonable means of cancelling future renewals.

Cancellation will normally take effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase.

After cancellation:

  • Future renewal payments will stop
  • Access may continue until the end of the paid period
  • Access may cease when that paid period expires

Specific membership conditions displayed at purchase will apply where relevant.

10. Promotional and Discounted Purchases

Products purchased using a promotional code, introductory offer or discount remain subject to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

A discounted price does not remove mandatory consumer rights.

Where a discretionary refund is granted, it will normally be based on the amount actually paid rather than the product's standard price.

11. Third-Party Payment or Commerce Providers

Some purchases may be processed or fulfilled through independent payment, commerce or digital-delivery providers.

Where this occurs, the provider's technical refund or transaction procedure may also need to be followed.

Use of a third-party payment provider does not remove mandatory consumer rights against the relevant trader.

12. How to Request Assistance or a Refund

For questions concerning a purchase, cancellation or refund, contact:

The Sovereign Forge
Email: schullerkim0@gmail.com

Please provide:

  • Your name
  • The email address used for the purchase
  • Order or transaction reference, where available
  • Product or service purchased
  • Date of purchase
  • A brief explanation of the issue

Please do not send payment-card numbers, passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.

We may request reasonable additional information where necessary to identify the transaction.

13. Refund Method

Where a refund is due, it will normally be returned using the original payment method where reasonably possible.

Processing times may depend on the relevant payment provider, bank or card issuer.

14. Abuse and Fraud

The Sovereign Forge reserves the right to investigate refund requests where there is reasonable evidence of:

  • Fraud
  • Payment abuse
  • Unauthorised account use
  • Repeated downloading followed by abusive refund requests
  • Unauthorised redistribution of paid content

This does not affect legitimate statutory consumer rights.

15. Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund & Cancellation Policy excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Greek or European Union consumer law.

Where this policy conflicts with a mandatory consumer-protection requirement, the mandatory legal requirement will prevail.

16. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy when our products, services, payment arrangements or applicable legal requirements change.

The current version will be published on this page together with its last-updated date.
